Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that threshold a flat $6.95 applies per order, regardless of item count or weight. Expedited 2-day shipping is quoted at checkout based on your ZIP code.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and US public holidays, go out on the next business day.

Standard delivery normally takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses can take 7–12 business days. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Tracking events usually begin appearing within 24 hours. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact Atiursheakus@gmail.com and we will open a carrier investigation.

Please double-check your address at checkout; we can only change it before the order enters packing. Parcels returned as undeliverable are refunded minus the outbound shipping cost once they reach our warehouse.

If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with photos where possible. We replace or refund the order once the carrier claim is filed.

We currently ship only to US addresses. International shipping is not available and no duties or import fees apply to domestic orders.
