Privacy policy

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the contents of your order. Our payment processor handles card data directly; we receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits of the card.

We also receive basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited, used to keep the store working and to spot fraud.

Order data is used to process payment, ship your parcel, handle returns and warranty claims, and to answer support requests. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We share the minimum necessary with service providers: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

We use cookies and browser storage to remember your cart, keep checkout secure and measure aggregate traffic. Blocking cookies in your browser is possible, but the cart may not persist between visits.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Support emails are kept for two years. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep. Email Atiursheakus@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days.

The site runs over HTTPS, access to order data is limited to staff who need it, and card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique email password.

The store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
