How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, otherwise the next one. Standard US delivery is 3–6 business days; expedited 2-day service is offered at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Right now we ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available yet.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that it is a flat $6.95 per order, no matter how many items are in the cart.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be complete and in resellable condition; the refund covers the product price and any tax charged.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email Atiursheakus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement, or refund you in full.

Is there a warranty?

Every product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. Accidental damage and normal battery wear are not covered.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment data is handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection and never stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered packing we can edit the address or cancel it. Once it ships, use the returns process instead.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping ZIP code, and the exact amount appears in the order summary before you pay.

How do I track my order?

The dispatch email includes a carrier tracking number. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of the label being created.
